Floor Sizing

We offer curated floor sizes to preserve the integrity of the checkered design while accommodating your guest count and venue layout. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect 40% to 50% of your guest count to be dancing at the same time.

  • Small (12' x 12'):

    • Guest count of 50-100

    • Ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 40 dancers.

  • Medium (16' x 16'):

    • Guest count of 100-150

    • Suited for events with 40-60 dancers.

  • Large (20' x 20'):

    • Guest count of 150- 200

    • Perfect for larger celebrations with 75-100 dancers.

  • XL (24' x 24'):

    • Guest count of 200-250

    • Suited for events with 100-150 dancers.

Custom Sizes: We offer custom sizing options to fit unique venue spaces. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

VENUE & INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

To ensure guest safety and maintain the quality of the dance floor, the following requirements apply:

  • Venue approval must be obtained prior to the event

If installation conditions are unsuitable on-site, setup may be declined.

What size dance floors do you have available?

We offer sizes from 12x12 to 24x24 feet, with custom options available for larger needs.

Can the dance floors be used outdoors

Yes, our dance floors can be set up outdoors. We provide specially designed floors that are durable and can resist different weather conditions, ensuring your outdoor event goes off without a hitch.

How long does setup take for the dance floor?

Setup times vary, but typically we can have the dance floor ready in 1 to 2 hours.

What safety measures do you take with your dance floors?

Safety is our top priority. All of our dance floors are installed with secure, non-slip surfaces and are thoroughly checked to ensure they are safe and stable before any event.

Are there additional fees for delivery and setup?

Delivery and setup charges are included in our quotes. We offer 30 miles complimentary from SAT to any venue. If your venue is outside of the miles, we will include a travel fee.

How far in advance do I need to book a dance floor?

We recommend booking at least one month in advance, especially during peak seasons.
